RarePark / Trust & AI

Clear questions.
Responsible decisions.

AI production raises practical questions about authorship, accuracy, permissions and data. They deserve specific answers in the project agreement.

Project terms need to be agreed in writing. This overview sets out questions to resolve; it does not grant usage rights or replace a project agreement.

01

The human contribution

Ideas, art direction, selection, editing and finishing matter. Keep a clear record of the human contribution and the production approach.

02

Rights and permitted use

The project agreement needs to define usage rights, exclusivity, territories, duration, source files and any third-party licenses. AI involvement does not by itself establish copyright ownership.

03

Product and brand fidelity

Approved product references, logos and factual claims need to be checked. A convincing image must not misrepresent the product.

04

People, voices and likeness

Permissions and licenses need to cover the people, likenesses, voices, music and other third-party material used in the work.

05

AI disclosure

Requirements depend on the market, platform and content. Check the intended use and applicable requirements for the project.

06

Data and confidentiality

Before sharing confidential assets, agree on the tools, handling, access and retention that apply. This page does not claim verified private processing by any model provider.

Bring your procurement or legal questions into the brief so the required decisions are visible from the beginning.
